Health Care Enrollment
Analyzed and critiqued the existing documentation for a state-run affordable care eligibility and enrollment site. Subsequently created a Total Architecture model of this site and its related business processes. The model brought brought insight into the cost and scheduling issues encountered while evolving the system.
Health Care Insurance
Aided in the strategic planning and as-is analysis for a mainframe replacement project. Some of the insights gained were captured in the paper Toward a Health Care Business Process Reference Model.
Medical Professional Certification
Aided in the modernization strategic planning and as-is analysis for systems supporting the testing and certification of foreign medical professionals who whish to practice in the United States.
International Funds Transfer
Architected a modernized messaging system for international bank funds transfers and demonstrated the reliability and scalability of the solution to meet requirements.
Remote Market Trading
Architected a scalable messaging system for remote trader’s workstations. Oversaw the implementation, testing, and go-live of this solution.
